EXECUTIVE BOARD
Zach Berg
PRESIDENT
Zach is a junior from New York City who lives in Adams House and studies History and Government. Some of Zach's best high school memories came from when he was a delegate at 6 separate editions Harvard Model Congress. He is remarkably excited to bring that life-changing experience to the next generation of delegates, and lead Harvard Model Congress Europe for its 40th anniversary. When he is not planning the conference, you can probably find him working to improve student life as the Harvard undergraduate co-president, cooking, eating, debating, writing, or spending time with friends and family.
Adele Raillot
VICE PRESIDENT
Adele Raillot is a junior studying Government and Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology. While she currently lives in New Jersey, she grew up in Hong Kong. Outside of HMC, she is involved in the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter and the Foreign Policy Initiative, and mentors first-years as a Peer Advising Fellow. In her free time, she enjoys going out on late night walks, crocheting, and discovering new music. This will be her third year with HMC Europe, and she is incredibly excited to serve as Vice President for HMCE 2027!
Nate Bolan
PRESIDING OFFICER: DOMESTIC PROGRAMS
Nate is a senior at Harvard College in Eliot House studying Government and History. He was born in Washington, D.C., but currently resides in Dedham, Massachusetts, a small town about 30 minutes outside Boston and Cambridge. In addition to Harvard Model Congress, he is the beat writer for the Harvard men’s ice hockey team for The Harvard Crimson, the school newspaper, and serves as the social chair for the Judo Club.
Erta Ismahili
PRESIDING OFFICER: INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS
Erta is a sophomore in Lowell House studying Social Studies, originally from 20 minutes off-campus in Revere, Massachusetts! As a proud first-generation Albanian student, her journey with HMC started in high school as she was an HMC Boston Mentorship Program delegate for three years. On campus, she staffs HMC Boston, HMC San Francisco, competes on the Intercollegiate Model UN team, and is also directly involved in public service, immigrant justice, and advocacy. In her free time, she enjoys playing the guitar, thrifting, and taking care of her plants. She learned a lot about the world around her thanks to HMC Boston and hopes to use the lens of International Programs to build confidence for students across differences!
Hiral Chavre
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL AID
Hiral is a junior at Harvard studying Neuroscience with a secondary in English. She is from Long Island, New York, and this year marks her third year in HMC. She previously served as the President of the San Francisco conference in 2026 and the Director of Operations & Technology in Europe’s 2025 conference. Outside of HMC, Hiral researches sleep and emotional memory at the Phelps Lab, serves as a Peer Advising Fellow for incoming freshmen, and works at Lamont Library. Hiral also loves making matcha, exploring new libraries, and crocheting in her free time. She is so excited to meet you all at HMCE 2027!
Conner Jackson
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY
Conner is a sophomore at Harvard studying Economics and Government. Originally from Newark, Delaware, Conner calls Kirkland House home on campus and is also involved in HMC Boston, Harvard Undergraduate Consulting Group, and the JFK Jr. Forum Committee. In his free time, you'll find Conner going for run on the Charles, getting a lift in at the gym, playing poker, or watching an Eagles game or highlights. This is Conner’s first year in HMCE and he can not wait to meet all of you!
Miriam Tsegay
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Miriam is a sophomore living in Mather House and is studying Government with a secondary in Economics. Outside of HMCE, Miriam is also involved in the Harvard Undergraduate Consulting Group, writes for the Harvard Independent, and serves as a civics teacher for the Phillips Brooks House Association. In her free time, you can find her getting froyo with her friends or studying outside in the Yard. She is so excited to serve as the Faculty Liaison for this year!
Kaitlyn Choi
DIRECTOR OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION
Kaitlyn is a junior at Harvard studying Economics and Social Studies. Originally from New York, Kaitlyn currently lives in Dunster House. Outside of HMC, She is so excited to make HMCE a welcoming experience for every delegate, and when not in class, you can find her on runs by the Charles or in Dunster dhall with friends. Kaitlyn is also involved with the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra, Negotiation Club, and the Korean Association.
Chloe Cheng
CHIEF OF STAFF
Chloe is a sophomore in Quincy House. Originally from New York City, she intends to study Environmental Science & Public Policy and Economics, with a citation in Italian. This will be her 5th HMC conference overall. Apart from HMC, Chloe is involved with the Institute of Politics and the Harvard Undergraduate Consulting Group. In her free time, you can find her biking around Boston and playing her guitar. She is more than ecstatic to serve aws your Chief of Staff this year.
