Berlin, Germany will host Harvard Model Congress Europe for the very first time in 2027! Known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant political scene, Berlin offers an ideal blend of artistic charm and opportunity for civic engagement. Tourist attractions include the Brandenburg Gate, Charlottenburg Palace, and TV Tower. Participants will be given the chance to see these historical monuments and enrich themselves with knowledge from the local cuisine to cultural performance, providing an enriching experience beyond the conference.
Berlin is home to Berlin Brandenburg Airport, an international travel center with many affordable flight options available in March. The Estrel Hotel has hosted many conferences outside of HMCE, offering an incredible experience for conference attendees, and highly affordable rooms for our conference. The conference will take place within the hotel’s countless luxurious meeting rooms. If the hotel pricing or program does not match your delegation’s needs, please use the registration guide to find alternative accommodation.

Please make sure to finalize registration before booking hotel rooms. The following information will be required:
Main point of contact from your school
Check-in and check-out dates
Number of rooms and occupancy for each room (e.g., single/double/triple)
You can book reserve and pay for rooms directly at the hotel with discounted HMCE 2027 rates using the keyword: “40thHMCEBerlin” and choose one of following booking methods:
Sending an Email to reservation@estrel.com including the contracted keyword as well as credit card details with expiry date and private or company address and telephone number
