- Late registration: December 3, 2009
- Deadline for submitting hotel requests and final payments: December 15, 2009
- Deadline for submitting role requests: December 15, 2009

- Regular registration: $249
- Late registration: $399
- Hotel fees:
- Single room per night: $149
- Double room per night: $179
- Triple room per night: $239 (limited availability)
- Quad room per night: $289 (limited availability)
- Delegate participation fee: $279
