- Late registration: January 1, 2009
- Deadline for submitting hotel requests and final payments: January 15, 2009
- Deadline for submitting role requests: January 15, 2009

- Late registration: $299
- Hotel fees:
- Single room per night: $149
- Double room per night: $179
- Triple room per night: $239 (limited availability)
- Quad room per night: $289 (limited availability)
