HMCE 2009: Conference Dates and Information
For the 2009 conference, HMCE is pleased to announce its new home in Brussels, Belgium. The conference will start on Saturday, March 21 and conclude
on Monday, March 23, 2009. HMCE is particularly excited about the new venue in Brussels as the city serves as the epicenter of international politics
in Europe and is the headquarters of major transatlantic relations. Given our mission, we could not ask for a more appropriate venue. The conference
will take place at the Bedford Hotel & Congress Center, which is only a short walk from the historic city center. This centrally-located hotel will provide
both our lodging and conference facilities. At the twenty-second session of HMCE, delegates and advisors can look forward to new international and domestic
programs at the conference, beautiful spring evenings in Brussels, and the chance to interact with delegates from five continents!
